**How Do I Return an Item?

*Only registered users are able to self-serve their returns via post. Guest checkout customers please contact our Customer Service team or the Seller. • Go to “My Account” on Bulldogs Marketplace and click on “Purchase History” on the left-hand menu. Each of your invoices from the Bulldogs Site are displayed and sorted by date.

Via Post

  • Go to “Sign In" and then to "My Account” on The Bulldogs Marketplace and click on “Purchase history” on the left-hand menu. Each of your invoices from The Bulldogs Marketplace are displayed and sorted by date.
  • If you're not registered to the site "as a member" you can email and request a refund or a return.
  • Find the invoice containing the item you wish to return and click “Return items”.
  • Select the item from the invoice to return by clicking the checkbox next to the picture of the item
  • Select a reason for return from the drop box. Be sure to add any further notes for the seller such as details of a fault and create the return
  • Print the return label, put the return authority form in the parcel to return and stick the “Deliver To:” form on the front to ensure the item makes its way back to the Seller.

’Change of Mind’ Returns

If you have changed your mind and you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Sellers may offer you an exchange or refund provided that the merchandise (refer to ASICS policy for ASICS specific products) :

  • Is in saleable condition
  • Is unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached
  • Is not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
  • The exchange or refund is sought within a reasonable period of time (in most cases a reasonable period of time is deemed to be 30 days)
  • If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, the Seller at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind. In such cases, the Seller may provide you in its absolute discretion, an exchange to the current value of the merchandise.

Bulldogs Marketplace is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.

Please ensure that all chargers, cables, attachments, instruction manuals or accessories are returned with your item. Refunds via the post will be processed when the goods have been received and approved for return. Bulldogs Marketplace will not reimburse postage costs on change of mind returns or where the return request is not approved.

Shipping and Delivery Policy Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to offer a full refund.

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully before you buy.

ASICS Australia do not exchange products. To change a size or style, the original item must be returned; then a new item purchased. ASICS do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.

If the product is returned due to a fault and is deemed faulty as determined by ASICS, the product will be refunded. If the product is returned due to a fault and is not deemed to be faulty as determined by ASICS, the product will be returned to you.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, ASICS will endeavour to complete the verification process within 7 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product.

Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you
